Our refund policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the often personal nature of our product, we do not accept returns for customer change of mind.
We do, of course, provide refunds for any faulty or damaged product. In these circumstances, we may require you to return to us the product with all original packaging
To complete your return, we require an order number as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
